How will you create content aligned with my brand?
We pride ourselves in working closely with our clients to ensure we understand each brand’s voice and aesthetic. We will create editorial guidelines and a style guide to ensure that your organization’s social media accounts are on-brand and cohesively work in tandem with other marketing efforts.
Will I have a project manager?
Depending on the service(s) you select, you may be assigned a project manager that monitors your social media channels to ensure that all comments are addressed promptly.

What is your SEO approach?
Our SEO approach calls for segmenting organic search traffic/queries, and subsequently website engagement, into 1 of 4 buckets, Google calls these query categories "micro-moments."

How long does building a website take?
Every website timeline is different, and timelines depend on the size and complexity of the website as well as the resources available to work on the project. We will keep you informed every step of the way to ensure deadlines are met.
How do I maintain the website? Can I update it myself?
We offer maintenance on your website after it goes live, but we can also show you how to make changes on your site if you prefer to maintain and update it yourself, if the website has a content management system.
I sell items products from my website, does ULS do e-commerce?
We sure do! We have extensive experience in designing and building eCommerce websites to give your clients an effective, easy way to find you and purchase your product.
What does your PPC Program cost?
We offer fixed program pricing. A lot of agencies charge a percentage of ad spend, but our pricing always stays fixed so you can budget accordingly. However, our BA Attack program does not include the cost of buying traffic from Facebook, Google, or other networks.
Do you work on other social media platforms?
Yes! Depending on the program you select, we can work on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Google.
Will you show my team how to run digital advertising campaigns?
We don’t offer training packages (yet!), but we do offer general consultations as we work with you. If you would like us to train your team in certain areas, please contact us so we can help.
We implement targeting and amplification strategies and provide light consulting via our project management system. Ad spend is on your own account, which is separate from our implementation fee. You pay Facebook or Google directly — we don’t have a mark up!

Most lessons take about an hour, but if there are more questions, our host will gladly stay and answer them.
What happens if I can no longer make it to my course?
We understand the life of an entrepreneur is very busy! Send us an email as soon as you know that you can no longer attend, and our team will find a solution for you.
